Technical Information

Our system is compatible with Internet Explorer (version 6, 7 & 8). If you use any other type of browser you will experience problems. Laptop users may experience problems so we recommend using a normal PC. Pop up blockers need to be switched off on your system.

Fees & Maximum LTV

Fees are automatically added to the loan and will be included in the maximum LTV for the product selected. The fees (if applicable) are: product arrangement fee, valuation fee, higher lending charge, electronic funds transfer fee £30, own insurance fee £25. When inputting the loan amount, remember to reduce this accordingly, otherwise you will fail underwriting when submitting the AIP. If this happens you can ‘copy AIP' and go back and reduce the loan amount and resubmit the AIP.
