All our mortgage products are portable. To produce a ported KFI for your clients(s), please follow these simple steps:
1. As the KFI will have certain data from your clients' existing mortgage in it, to comply with the Data Protection Act we will need to receive a consent to release information form from you, signed by you and your client (for mortgages in joint names, we need each borrower to sign).

3. When we receive the form we will provide you with a summary of the existing mortgage account, so you can talk to your client(s) about their mortgage options. We will fax this to you. If you need to speak to someone about this information please contact our Intermediary support team on 0115 956 4714. When you receive the summary of the existing mortgage account, you can produce a ported product KFI using our online trading/KFI.
