• Data Capture Form - Use this form to collect your clients details when you meet them ready for online submission.
• Declarations/Direct Debit - These documents will be required once you have submitted a full mortgage application online.
• Consent to release information form - Use this form to obtain your clients' consent to provide information on their existing mortgage. 
• Assets and liabilities form - Use this form on all BTL mortgage applications and send in with the Declarations and other supporting documents.
