Mortgage application forms

Please make sure you complete the correct version of the business mortgage application form. Our broker portal system is not currently available for business mortgage applications.

Supporting documents

When sending us the application form we will also require the following supporting documents (these should be photocopies, not originals, as they will not be returned):

• Statement of assets and liabilities (see useful forms section)
• Last three years’ trading figures for the business
• Last three months’ business and personal account bank statements
• Lease/tenancy agreements
• Certified copies of proof of identity (all applicants):
• UK or EA passport
• UK photocard driving licence (full or provisional)
• UK paper driving licence (full only)
• EU national identity card
• Blue badge
• UK residence permit
• Proof of address – it is assumed that proof of address will be verified by the electoral roll search we undertake. If verification does not occur, you will be asked to submit one of the following documents:
• UK photocard driving licence (full or provisional)
• UK paper driving licence (full only)
• HMRC tax code notification
• Recent utility bill
• Council tax bill
• Tax credit or pension credit letter
• Local authority tenancy agreement
• State pension letter
• State benefit letter
