For updates on the progress of an application, please refer to either ‘case tracking’ on the Online Trading Service or the Application Manager summary page.

All calls to 0344 numbers cost the same as national call rates to 01 or 02 numbers. They are normally included in bundled minutes and unlimited fixed and mobile call packages in the same way as regular landline numbers.
