Proc fees for residential and buy-to-let mortgages

• For residential and buy-to-let business we pay a procuration fee by BACS of 0.40% of the amount borrowed (minimum £200). 
• For limited company buy-to-lets we pay a procuration fee by BACS of 0.55% of the amount borrowed (minimum £200).
• For holiday let business we pay a procuration fee by BACS of 0.50% of the amount borrowed (minimum £200).
• Procuration fees are paid within ten days of the mortgage completing. 

Proc fees and business mortgages

We will pay the agreed procuration fee within 10 working days of the mortgage completing. 

Proc fees for self-build via BuildLoan

Gross fee: 100bps of the loan amount  

Net fee: 50bps to Adviser/Network/Club
