We’ve ‘packed’ even more options into our mortgage offering with the introduction of holiday lets lending.
As well as competitive rates, we’ve got some fantastic criteria points that are sure to bring some sunshine to you and your clients.
Here’s all the key information you’ll need:
- No minimum personal income requirement
- We’ll lend in England and Wales (but not currently in Scotland)
- Rates from 3.99%
- Maximum loan £750k
- ICR 160% @ 5.5% over 32 weeks
- Personal use permitted for up to 60 days per year
- Up to two holiday lets allowable
- Personal name only (we do not accept limited company holiday let applications)
All this plus:
- We pay a proc fee of 0.50 bps
Our current Holiday Let products (all available at up to 75% LTV)
- Two-year fixed with £1,499 fee, 3.99%
- Five-year fixed with £1,499 fee, 4.32%
- Two-year discount with £999 fee, 3.25%
